[Year 12 SofDev] consultation on draft VCE study design

>From 14 April to 17 May the draft study design will be available for your consideration. I urge you to contribute your viewpoints. Consultation feedback is taken very seriously by the VCAA, and the VCE IT Review Panel must provide a justification to our internal and external committees as to why we accept or reject suggestions, and Panel recommendations can be over ruled. Details of the consultation appear in this current VCAA Notice to Schools.
