If you live in the M$ eco system (as I’m assuming as you said you’ve been doing VB.net<http://VB.net>) then you can install Python tools for visual studio (http://pytools.codeplex.com/ ) which is:

So then you’ll have a familiar IDE with all the goodies that visual studio gives you and accees to use Python.

Just wondering what options I have for running Python on Windows 8? I’m looking into a change of programming language from VB.NET<http://VB.NET> to something else for next year.

Also what are you using for your GUI’s?
