[Year 12 SofDev] HML5 and CSS3 files

I've been working on HTML5 and its form validation along with CSS3. I 
put together these files and will be using them in 10 programming and SD 
this year.

The new tags in HTML5 are all OK and the existence checking and some 
range checking are truly sweet. I confess to not being able to code all 
the pretty gradients from scratch.

It is necessary to use either Chrome or Firefox for the output since IE 
hasn't yet upgraded to these standards.  It meant some negotiation with 
the techs at the school to put Chrome and Firefox on the lab's image.

I've documented the major source of code but the tweaks are from many, 
many sources and trials on my part.

It's just a start so perhaps there are better and easier ways to do 
this. Please send your suggestions to the list.
