LOL - I guess we could get our kids to design a trojan worm to act like a spyware virus to attack a LAN network when introduced by email attachment - making all computers zombie drones - In fact - don't they exist?

I'd tend to say that worms travel independently, but sadly, there are no international standards for malware.
I wish IEEE would set up official standards that hackers can abide by, so we don't have to live with hazy definitions of emerging dark technologies.

I've been lead to believe that that information is taught in Year 11 IT, and has been removed from Year 12 IT studies.

Hi all, I gave my students the CSE exam for my October practice exam. While I was happy with the overall content of the exam, there were 8 marks worth of questions relating to bits, bytes, conversions and bandwidth.
I know this used to be part of IS, but cannot find this in the new study design.
Can anyone please advise me if I have overlooked part of the new study design.
