Question B9b - "In relation to the programming language you studied discuss
the naming conventions used and why they are important."

It sounds like the question is asking about naming conventions used by the
language itself (e.g "Listbox3", "Timer1"), not the naming choices used by
the programmer who is using that language.

Naming conventions are the programmer's job, not the language's, and such
conventions are usually language-independent.

A clearer question might have been, "Describe the naming conventions you
used when programming this year, and explain why they are important."
