Hi Mark,

Thanks for the comments, but you have had my head spinning as I could not find what you were talking about until I realised you were looking at the 2011 VITTA exams, not the 2012 VITTA exams.

Can I assume all the comments sent to list while you have had 'slack time' are related to 2011 papers?

The solution suggests "Bob" as a name for one of the actors, but a good UCD does not name individuals, it names roles, like "Sandyhome designer".
That way either Bob or Sue or anyone playing that role can carry out the use case.
