Thank you, Mark for all the help and support this year. 
 
I didn't think you'd have had any trouble - the SACs were great!
 
Now, if only they would give me my results......still waiting since August for Unit 3.....

Hi all. For those of you using my SD outcomes, you might be reassured to know I got a "satisfactory" audit result for those SACs.

"Satisfactory"?  Hmphh.

I was hoping for a nice framed certificate or a box of chocolates or something.
