[Year 12 SofDev] Contents of Data Dictionary

I think the purpose of the Input Data is so that someone else can replicate the test, so I only get students to include the data that they enter. I also ask them to specify if any buttons are pressed. For example if you want to test a Print button there's no actual test data as such, but you still need to test the code. Is that what other's do?

My Data Element Dictionary is similar except I don't include Scope. But perhaps I should?!

Is anyone else asking students to include a Data Structure definition as well (ie for records and files)?

Hello,

Hoping someone can answer this question.

Does the Data Dictionary contain only “ input data” or should it contain all variables used in the software program?

This is the heading for the Data Dictionary I am using. Is it correct or does anybody have an alternative version?
