[Year 12 SofDev] 2009 exam postmortem

Hi all. I've belatedly realised that I failed to add state averages and
examiners' comments to my SD 2009 post

I've done that now.

It's odd that section C, Q6 was worth 6 marks, but in the assessment
report<http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/vcaa/vce/studies/infotech/softwaredevel/assessreports/2009/softdev_assessrep_09.pdf>there
is no percentage column for 6 marks.
