[Year 12 SofDev] Sample Examination Material

Thanks Claudia.  I was hoping other questions (e.g. the stack question)
might have been tweaked during the amendment cycle, but I guess I'm out of
luck.
As sample questions, they really are quite important in setting our
expectations of VCAA conventions and assumptions.
