Hi Mark,
When I was at uni a few years back we were taught not to model calculations that were done on paper or offline as part of UML, simply to model inputting the completed calculation into the system.

Hi all. I'm still playing with the Rivers Window tinting example in the
study design.
Do you people believe that the window measurement and quotation price
calculation be within the system boundary? There's no indication that the
RWT system is involved in either process.
I'm tempted to add the processes, but put them outside the system boundary.
What do others think?
Cheers
Mark

Oops. If It'd kept reading, I would have discovered that the example said
that the system would have a mobile software solution to allow quotes to be
made on-site.
It's amazing what happens when one learns to read... :-(

Hi everyone,
I have uploaded a presentation on planning / analysis to my site here:
http://www.adrianjanson.com.au/index.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_download&gid=107&Itemid=4
I have zipped it up which will hopefully help with some of the pptx problems that people have been having.
Cheers,
Adrian
