[Year 12 SofDev] Use case exercises

Hi Claudia.  I won't be doing strict text use cases, but the kids should be
able to translate a design brief into dot-point processes (use cases) and
from that to a UCD.  I always read the study design as meaning UCDs... may
be wrong!
