[Year 12 SofDev] org and system goals

Thanks to the folk who have offered practice Sacs. They are great.
I have noticed that a few of them have questions relating to organisational and system goals and objectives. I can't find any reference to these in the study design.
Are these a given that should be covered or are they a hangover from the previous study design?
