[Year 12 SofDev] madlib program - PHP code included

Mad Libs is a silly, goofy exercise to do and it is fraught with some 
danger. The attachment contains PHP code but this exercise could be used 
with other languages as well.

Like Bonnie Brightlight, I wanted an exercise where the students save to 
an external file and then load the file into an array and do stuff with 
the array data.

The creator of Mad Libs, Leonard Stern, recently passed away at age 88.
