[Year 12 SofDev] Outcome 301 - Feedback request

Hi folks,
    I'm just trying to write up an outcome for this unit and would appreciate any feedback. Most of it comes straight from the study design, I've just made up a new scenario.  I've also attached my first attempt at the use case diagram that could be a solution. I don't know if I've made it too simple (the outcome and/or the solution). Not having done a use case diagram since uni many, many moons ago, I would love to know what others think.
