[Year 12 SofDev] Another programming challenge: letter frequency counter

A challenge that has all the meaty marrowbone goodness for U4O1:

it uses a file requester, listbox, text file opening and reading, EOF,
UCASE, MID, ASC, IF, WHILE loop, FOR loop, arrays, text formatting.

It should stretch your darlings a bit  ;-)
