[Year 12 SofDev] Sample Exam Questions

If you haven't already finished your midday Chardonnay, could you also look
at question 6A "Identify one major structural characteristic of the input
data that the programmer should take into account when designing the
program."

I assume it refers to "*SD U3O2 KK05*- formatting and structural
characteristics of efficient and effective input and output" in the study
design.

Under the heading of 'structural characteristics' did you interpret that
like this?

- Some of the input data is free-form text and needs a textbox for storage.
- The date could use a calendar control and should be stored as a date
structure.
- Some data come from limited lists and are mutually-exclusive (good for
radio buttons).
- Some are from limited lists but are not mutually-exclusive (and need
checkboxes).

I can't tell if I'm focusing too much on input controls or data types, or
whether both are relevant to the answer.
