I hope everyone is eagerly following the fruitful activities of Virgin as it
does everything it can to teach SD students about service level agreements,
software testing, load testing, rollbacks, data disaster recovery etc  ;-)

If I were you, I'd be collecting all the newspaper clippings for future case
studies!
