[Year 12 SofDev] Approved programming languages for 2011

Oops.  Sorry guys.  Checking the bulletin online (
http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/correspondence/bulletins/2010/June/vce_study.html#H2N100AE),
I found I misquoted it.  (I was editing the text of the old bulletin to save
time).

"strings, sets, lists, tables, " does *not* appear in the new description.

Sorry for the confusion caused.
