[Year 12 SofDev] Do you have budding film makers in your school?

Dear colleague, 

The Connected Learning Awards form part of the 2010 WeCreate projects http://www.cli.nsw.edu.au/services/wecreate/wecreate.htm and give students opportunities to design and create digital works for real-life purposes. Students develop skills in communicating, collaborating, self-directed learning, problem solving, researching and publishing their findings. I would appreciate you making the following information available to your colleagues. 

Do you have budding film makers in your school? 

Here’s a chance for them to go behind the scenes and utilise their creative abilities to develop a short film of three minutes duration. The Short Film (Primary) competition is a collaborative project between the Centre for Learning Innovation and ABC3. Winner, Runner Up and finalists will have their entries played on-air or online. 

The essential item for the 2010 Primary competition is the numeral ‘3’. 

All entries in the Short Film (Primary) Awards must be submitted by 6:00 pm AEST on 23 June 2010 . For full details of the Short Film (Primary) competition go to http://www.abc3byme.nsw.edu.au/film/index.shtm
