[Year 12 SofDev] Course review: SD exam

I guess course review must involve review of the exam as well, so...

I've been curious as to the role of Section B of the exam: it doesn't 
seem to have a clear part to play, and was worth an odd 17 marks last year.

It seems to be an odd sort of "miscellaneous" area.  Could the material 
examined in there be assessed in section C instead and keep things a 
little tidier?  Or could the purpose of Section B be defined a little 
more crisply?

And while we're at it, how does an exam get to be out of 89?  Odd.
