The code that is relevant for this is in the second repeat loop: 

 

Ingredient_ID <- 1

Repeat 

                Ingredient_ID <- Ingredient_ID + 1

                                ... 

                                ... 

Until Ingredient_ID = Num_Ingredients

 

We first allocate the value of 1 to ingredient_ID, then straightaway
increment ingredient_ID again in the repeat loop. Effectively, we're
starting the count at ingredient_ID=2 and have skipped ingredient_ID = 1.
To fix this error (part d), you can either set the initial line to
Ingredient_ID <- 0, or alternatively, move the increment line at the top of
the repeat loop to the end of the loop.

I was going through the 2007 past paper with a student and had difficulty
with the test data question 3c, in Section C. I have read the examiner's
report but still had difficulty. If anyone has a spare moment (he laughs)
