U4O2 is barely unchanged from previous SD, so this was one of the areas
of significant overlap in previous  years that some may not have been
very happy about.

After having a bit of a closer look at SD U4O2, it struck me how very
ITA'ish it is.  The detailed example's questions in the study design has
no real technical content - it's all management and procedures.

It feels almost as if the editors had mistakenly pasted the text into
the SD part of the study design instead of the ITA section  :-)
