[Year 12 SofDev] Open slather internet

Hi
We give the students 200Meg per year free after that they have to pay
for further usage. We also offer the students edulist free. At the
moment we are trialing edulist for all students 7 - 10 and a general
list for 11 - 12.
The overall problem as I understand it lies in our duty to provide
students with research capability via the net and if we charge students
to use the net the kids who don't have money miss out, and this is a
hindrance and can also be looked at as discriminate and unfair and so on
and so on.
Cheers

We make 'em pay per megabyte. That calms down their downloading :-)

monthly downloads to 40 MB. Is this too much? What are the limits at
your school? Do you charge students who exceed their limits?
