In the assessment guide it states -
*	learn what the systems analyst does in the analysis and design
phases and what deliverables are produced, such as feasibility factors
of a proposed design for a new system

I agree, there appears to be no explicit dot point in the new study
design 
about evaluating the feasibility of alternative design options.
