Frank,
We have the VB 2005 express edition installed at Assumption. That does
not require licensing as it was and is distributed freeware(From Bill
Gates??????)
Therefore it was installed on a limited number of machines as needed by
students without any registration required.
I hope this helps,
Ken T

Subject: [Year 12 SofDev] VB.Net
Hello
I was thinking of using VB.net rather than Visual Basic. The technicians
downloaded VB.NET (the express edition), but inform me that every copy
will require a unique email address so that it can be registered. How
have others dealt with this problem? Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
Thanks
