[Year 12 SofDev] Difference between VB.Net (Express Edition) andVB.NET

I can't give you an in depth comparison - but here is my perspective.
 
Cost : Express is free, VB.NET is not
Functionality : Express does not have all of VB.NET functionality, but in my experience, it is irrelevant at the level of programming done in Software Development. We use VB.NET at school, students use Express at home - kids can use their programs beetween the two without any problems for the things we cover.
