[Year 12 SofDev] FW: New course key knowledge query

Folks - I did not get any response to this query. I have had a look in
our text books.
Allan Barnes explicity discusses the point (Pg 316), and I agree with
all of the content, if you ignore the term "end user" in the key
knowledge point.
While the Dawson/Janson text has a section on documentation (Pg 52) and
a general reference to this matter under "Installation Manual", it does
not explicity discuss this key knowledge point.
 
I just find the wording pretty strange and am trying to understand the
intention...any reactions??

Folks - looking ahead to Unit 4 Outcome 2, it contains the following key
knowledge point which I am unsure about...
 
"types of system support documentation to assist end-users with the
implementation of the proposed information systems"
 
What do you think the intention is here, given that system support
documentation tends to be technical in nature and unsuitable for many
end-uers.
Is a broader interpretation of 'system support documentation' required
here, which is essentially end-user documentation.
