[Year 12 SofDev] timeline based on Fitzpatrick, Keane - final version

Hi Rob,

 Please find attached the final version of the timeline from the Fitzpatrick 
book.
I mapped every page in the book against the Study Design. The first SAC and 
the last SAC were easy, however the middle ( programming ) SACs'  key 
knowledge did not hug the text at all and made for a great deal of work to 
find each section and to ensure it was covered. Phew !
Disclaimer : The PHP/MySQL book./DVD referenced in the timeline is my own 
production and will be available soon through VITTA. You would substitute 
your own programming tasks in that section if you were using a different 
resource.
