[Year 12 SofDev] Time Allowance for ICT coord.

Hi Yildiran,

I am the only Commerce coordinator (which include ICT,
Business Management, Accounting, Legal Studies,
Vocational Education, etc) in school and I only have 2
periods allowance per week in a single campus
population of abt 1300 students.
