Jim,
I do the Implementation SAC before the final programming task, thus can
spin out programming a bit longer.
A few years ago I had students make a 'quizmaker' program (VB).
One part of the program allowed you to add to a dat file of questions and
possible answers. The other part asked random questions.
The value was really in the programming though...
