thanks for that Mark,
well i had a 'misread' - worse than a typo. q20 is clearly D. i read option A back to front and thought it was obvious!!
i always tell my students to re-read the question (backwards even)before submitting ... and of course don't practice what i preach.
for 19, a data dic.and context diag. are used to represent logical design not physical elements.
q 7 is a pretty contrived question but i think the lack of 'agility' is the issue, so 'b' seemed better than the rest. if d were correct, it would not be a popular model?
