Hello,
I need to ask a slightly unusual favour. I am in need to some "effective"
readings of a couple of well-known nursery rhymes as possible voice-overs.
If a couple of people could ask students from their class, or their kids
at home (or next door, etc) to undertake this task, that would be
marvellous.
I need 'middle years' male and female voices reading to convey the
following emotions (or others you can think of):
mysterious, menacing, happy, scary, sad, romantic, the biggest joke you've
ever heard, etc
In other words, ask a couple of really good, 'dramatic' readers to read in
front of a microphone, grab it using audacity (or your favourite tool) and
send me the mp3 (or whatever). It'll take next to no time, and I'd
appreciate help from a few kind souls.
The rhymes are:
Little Ms Muffet sat on a tuffet
eating her curds and whey,
along came a spider,
who sat down beside her
and frightened Ms Muffet away
Humpty dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty dumpty had a great fall.
All the king’s horses and all the king’s men
couldn't put Humpty together again.
