Blogging is a great tool for primary and secondary teachers and is being used, in conjunction with a range of web 2.0 tools, to enhance teaching and learning.  Come and learn more about how to introduce blogging & web 2.0 into your classroom.

VITTA and Ivanhoe Grammar School are very excited to announce a 'live to learn...learn to blog' event on Thu 30/8 with a keynote presentation by James Farmer (CEO of edublogs.org) followed by an exciting range of concurrent sessions. See below for more information.

'Live to learn...learn to blog' is a special VITTA & Ivanhoe Grammar School event.
Learn about social networking as an authentic learning method, hear about teachers' best practice, encounter diverse ways of using web 2.0 tools to enhance learning. For P-12 teachers from ALL disciplines. James Farmer, CEO of edublogs.org, will present the keynote, followed by concurrent sessions covering topics such as:

TeacherTube & Mojiti
Blogging for professional learning
Wiki spaces
Google Earth
Web safety
Web 2.0 tools
Social bookmarking & Deli.cio.us
