[Primaryit] How students understand computing concepts

Paul,
On behalf of those of us who choose not to use Microsoft email
products, can you repost the paper you mentioned in a more
accessible format. It arrived on my machine as a .dat file which I
can't open in any meaningful way - Word just gives me 45 pages of
gibberish.
The website you directed us to was interesting - I've only skimmed it
so far but it sounds similar to, or is a variant of, the
constructivist approach we have been hearing about for the last 6 or
7 years. i.e. that children learn by constructing meaning from their
experiences.
I look forward to reading your paper.
