Lots of great software there Terri. I also use Monkeyjam, a free stop animation package with more features than stop motion pro, NVU - a free web editor, Pivot - a very simple stick figure animator, Game Maker, GCompris - a great educational games package that has a limited free verision for windows. The programmer is very approachable about fees for licences for the full version. Irfanview and the GIMP are great for digital imaging. These are all pretty much free b/c we have a very small budget. I got a lot of them from a catalogue put out by Open Source Victoria on Free Software for Schools that I can send a URL to the list if anyone is interested.
Cheers,
Rachelle
