[php] server2go problems

Hi Maggie,

Daresay the settings for internet explorer are either 1. set to not 
bypass the proxy for local addresses or 2. your setting are pointing to 
proxy config file (ie a .pac file) that does not list local host in the 
proxy exceptions. Either way the browser is looking externally for the 
localhost ip I suspect.
