Yesterday I went to a Cybersafety Outreach workshop run by the
Australian Communications and Media Authority.
I must highly recommend that if you get the chance to attend one of
these free workshops that you try to do so.
As usual I was skeptical about the value of such a session because I
thought I knew it all......well......I didn't. However I was also
pleasantly surprised by the real-life examples, tips and strategies
offered.
Our legal responsibities were also clarified. A very very useful
session.
Excellent resources provided and they will also come out to your
school to provide sessions to staff, students and parents, although
they are very popular and hard to get.
