[Opensource] Apple Script for Virtual Machines

I had some fun writing small Apple Script applications to launch Sun Virtual
Box VM versions of Windows XP and Ubuntu on my Macbook. Worked a treat.
Small steps but it will be great to use this at school to step around the
dual-boot option that some staff would prefer to not use and maybe config
for student desktops in the longer term.
