[Apologies for X-post!! Just trying to get the word out wide & far]

Hey everyone,

The call for presentations for ACEC2010 is open!
Please consider submitting a proposal!!

All the info is online: http://acec2010.info/presenters
Submit your proposal online here: http://acec2010.info/proposal

The national Computers in Education Conference is coming to
good ol' Melbourne town next year!

I attended in 2006 when it was in Cairns but sadly missed last year's
instalment in Canberra. ACEC2006 in Cairns was incredible! Around 1000
educators and practitioners from across the edu spectrum; Primary,
Secondary, Tertiary, Government, Independent, Catholic and from all
around Australia and some even from around the world!

The following keynotes have already been announced:
      * Alan November - Leading Educational Technology Consultant
      * Adam Elliot - Academy Award® Winning Director
      * Gary Stager - Executive Director The Constructivist Consortium
      * Sylvia Martinez - Generation Yes
For more info see http://acec2010.info/keynotes

If you just want to keep up to date with what's going on...
follow http://twitter.com/acec2010
join the community at http://me.edu.au/c/acec2010
send links to http://delicious.com/acec2010

And if you blog or tweet about your submission add the #acec2010 tag so
we can find you!

Please also help spread the word to your colleagues because this conf is
for all educators using computers and info tech in the classroom - not
just you expert computing and IT specialists. ;-)

The first round of the call for presentations closes on July 31st, so if
you want to make sure your submission is considered while early bird
registration is still open, then get in quick!

See you there? I hope so.

cheers
Donna
