yep .. we have some eeePC units. Used by our Integration kids and very good
value to take the pressure off the school labs. We decided to keep the
default Linux based desktop. It works, and works very well. Am now curious
about the next model due to be released that has a slightly larger monitor,
touch screen and bluetooth (?).

Along with a class set of hte OLPC computers we are weaving these into our
eLearning plans. I am writing up something for the VITTA journal and a
workshop at the ICTEV winter conference. Come along to the next N2N (former
PCEDUG) meeting and I'll bring one along.
