[Opensource] The Education Show - saddle up

Hi Everyone,

The Education Show is less than a month away now.
I would like to have a pre-show planning / strategy meeting on Tuesday
31st of July. Who can make that? 
7pm - Central melbourne location to be determined.

I have set up some working pages at

Opening Hours for visitors are 
12noon-7pm on Tues 14 August and Wed 15 August

We need people to be on the stand:
  3 people at the stand at all times.
  
So we have the following 4 hr shifts for the show, 
 Early 11am-4pm
 Late 3pm-7pm
and will need help for setup and packup.

Overlap time allows people to wander around the rest of the show, and
handover stories and strategies.

We can start setup from 2pm on Monday 13th.

Buying internet access from the venue is stupid expensive - so people
with their own portable wireless... your assistance would be welcome.

We also need handouts....
* What is Linux Australia?
* Linux Users of Victoria
* Introduction to FOSS...
etc... 

I've ordered a copy of the revised FOSS catalog for schools from LULU
http://www.lulu.com/content/286873
and will see if I can get costs from a local printer, because the
shipping cost is a killer
