Ours is a combined VET/VCAL Leader. POL 2 and 8x75mins / fortnight.
No too sure about Careers. It’s not a POL. Whoever does it is part-time.

Just looking at the POL structure at my school.

In your schools, if you don't mind sharing, is the Careers Parhways and VET Co-ordinator, a POL (time and pay) or an AOR (time)?

In ours it's an AOR.
