We use Timetabler for this as well as the timetable. It is very good.

Hi Damian,

our daily organiser uses First Class. Not too sure if she likes it or
not but doesn't complain about it. I'd say she likes it.
It also uploads to our e-workspace (portal) so staff have access to
student classes, mark roll, put in notes for students, look at
timetables  etc.

Hi folks,
                I was chatting with the daily organiser here about the
software he uses, and for him, the best method is a pen and paper
followed by a spreadsheet. Apparently TTFind can do some of the
organisation, but doesn???t take into account some of the re-allocations
and staff that don???t do extras as well as he???d like.
When you get a few free moments, could you please indicate what software
your daily organiser use and what they think of it.
