[Offtopic] Pastoral / Home Room Report

Hello - I'm not sure if this is appropriate to ask...

but our school is looking at modifying our Pastoral / Home Room report template, and I was wondering if anyone would like to share their school's layout so we can show a variety to our leadership team.
