[Offtopic] Ultranet Training Day

Hi Cameron,

We couldn't get on all day. We knew this might or most likely be the case.
We used the backup plan of activities such as breaking into groups to look at Web 2.0, watching the video on privacy ( posted on vet-mm list ), a booklet summarizing the graduated Ultranet skills and questionnaires etc.
Amazingly most felt it was a good day despite not getting on once.
Sorry this advice came a day late ............

Case Study in disasters, emergency back up plans and how to turn your initiative into a laughing stock.
A couple of lead users trying to keep positive and trying to maintain enthusiasm despite no-one being able to logon or see the thing.
This is not a good look to those of use trying to get staff enthused and "on-board".
Can anyone get on????
