[Offtopic] Play it safe

Here is a link to an experiment that illustrates how great ideas may
be unwittingly stifled by the senior managers. It notes that our human
tendency is to to not want to look stupid in front of our bosses.
Rather than take a chance during a brainstorming meeting, we tend to
keep our best ideas to ourselves, just to "play it safe."
