In anybody else is interested, I was able to register online to secure a
place the Education mini-conf. The event prequels the bigger Linux
conference and is on Monday 28 January at Melbourne Uni (gain some PD
brownie points before school has even started!)

Excellent value and a great chance to see what is happening around the traps
