Computer box vs computer system vs computer cpu
The word computer has multiple meanings when used alone.  Must always recogn=
ise the rich multiplicity of meaning embedded in the English language.

(plural com=C2=B7put=C2=B7ers) 
noun 
1.  electronic data processor: an electronic device that accepts, processes,=
 stores, and outputs data at high speeds according to programmed instruction=

2.  somebody who computes: somebody who calculates numbers or amounts using=
 a machine

What do you call that box which has the bulk of the computer in it? I think=
 I used to call it the 'computer', but I now think of the entire system (box=
 + monitor + keyboard + mouse) as the computer. Some call it the CPU, but th=
at's not really quite right. Others call it the Desktop, but what about towe=
r cases?
