Scholarships Available to Study Indonesian Language and Culture  

Under the Darmasiswa Programme, the Department of National Education of
the Republic of Indonesia invites applications from Australians to study
Indonesian language and culture at selected Indonesian universities. The
Darmasiswa Programme aims to foster interest in Indonesia’s language,
culture and arts.

The Scholarship Covers:

Exemption on tuition fee. 
Allowance on living cost of Rp 1.000.000,00 (one milion rupiah). 
Clothing allowance; a once only payment of Rp 300.000,00 (three hundred
thousands rupiah).
